Log Cabin quilts are graphically pleasing pieces of art. These fragments from a larger quilt are no exception. Pieced with 2 ¼ " red chimneys and apx.1/2"logs in a variety of 1920’s cotton fabrics of stripes, paisleys, plaids, calicoes and dots. These textiles have all the qualities you look for in their larger cousin. Blocks are set using the Sunshine and Shadows pattern. The fragment backings are a same date white cotton with reverse ties. There is a same date ¼ inch solid blue binding on fragment A (left) and a blue, red and white calico on fragment B (right).

Perfect for decorating that small space or for draping over a couch or table. Professionally hand washed by Betsey.
