Hooray for the red, white and blue! This fantastic quilt rates as a “Wow!” for clean, bright, and graphic with terrific use of color. The skillful combination of the star and pinwheel patterns creates wonderful movement for the eyes of the beholder. Solid fabrics in medium blue and deep, true red are offset by a solid white ground.

The 14 x 14 pieced blocks are joined by 3 ½” red and white sashing whose intricate piecing creates another pinwheel-like pattern in the corners. The backing is the same white fabric as used on the front. A 3/8 inch applied white binding provides the perfect frame for this high energy quilt.

Very nicely done hand quilting has been carried out over the entire quilt in 1 ¼ inch diamond cross hatch stitching. This is a lovely, graphic quilt perfect for a queen sized bed or a stunning piece of art for the wall. A patriotic beauty, this quilt is in unused condition and ready for your home.
