I purchased this as a charm quilt, which is true except for the outside triangles creating a border around the entire piece. Those fabrics are all the same. Shall we call this a border around a charm quilt? Inside the triangles, every diamond is a different fabric, creating a charm quilt. We have every kind of fabric imaginable. We have polka dots, conversation prints, floral, stars, plaids, stripes, and more. We have brown, red, blue, gray, purple, and the rest. There is a 3/8" separately applied binding in the same fabric as the triangular border. The whole cloth backing is a wonderful miniature blue check with a darker same hue polka dots. The quilt is machine pieced, with echo quilting. In perfect unused condition, organically hand washed, this happy quilt is ready to add to your collection.
