CONHO45 Unusual Folksy Amish Quilt

What fun..a quirky, folksy Amish quilt. This quilt just makes me smile. Created from all cotton fabrics of different weaves, it is a Bars design made folksy. Three Bars are 9" wide with the solid Turquoise Bars 7-1/2" in width. The 9 inch bars each have 5 blocks of 2 different square designs. One is a 16 square checkerboard, the other being an Amish Square in a Square design.

The inner Green border measures 4", the next blue is 3-1/4" with the outside border measuring 5" in width. Finishing the quilt is a 3/8" separately applied binding in a light grayish blue. Even the quilting is different, with a lot going beside crosshatching...really hard to describe...

The colors are purple, Turquoise, grayish brown, medium blue, Navy blue, medium brown and deep lavender.

Two "sleeves" are already on the back for hanging. This will not interfere with using on a bed...or they can be removed.

Always sent on approval with free shipping.
