The Broken Star pattern is so wonderfully graphic, and this quilt in excellent condition is no exception! Solid red, white, blue, and pink cottons radiate outward against an off white feedsack cotton background. The combination of white and off-white allows this quilt to work in all rooms, whether the décor is based on white or off-white. Entirely hand quilted with outlining in the star and hanging diamonds in the joining blocks. The backing is white, and the ½ inch separately applied binding is blue cotton. Professionally hand washed by Betsey.
