Originally part of a tied quilt, this c.1928 quilt has been taken apart and is now ready for a quilter to do her/his work. The huge array of calicos used to create this quilt top are wonderful. The joining blocks are a solid medium blue and a solid light mustard. The calico fabrics used are a total array of all the fabrics used during the depression era. Hand pieced, there are seams that need to be redone and there are still a few yellow ties that were not removed completely from the quilt. The quilt top is clean and ready to be worked on. The price reflects the fact that this top needs a little work. The price does not include shipping.
