This jacket, in spite of its age, is in almost perfect condition. It is missing one
button, and the seam at the back of the collar shows some tiny
wear...otherwise it is perfect!!
Can you imagine a 22" waist ....guess there were not so many fried clams back then
...plus women's figures were actually made smaller with the tight
pulling of corsets...No wonder they had organ problems.
The jacket is pieced by machine..the button holes were created by hand.
Notice the pinking sheers cut is a different design from today's model.
